pg 203. Henry St. George Tucker, a son of Judge St. George Tucker and his wife Frances Bland Randolph, the mother of John Randolph of Roanoke, made his home in Pittsylvania about this time, settling about 7 miles from Chatham.

pg 240. Riceville incorporated a town in 1835 and Nelson Tucker was one of the Trustees.
