Gillespie Lynch, pg 92 Patton, Tristram, Esq. Died
August 21, 1855, at his residence nine miles south of
Franklin, of billious fever, Born January 31, 1769 in
South Carolina and emigrated to Kentucky in 1794;
removed to Davidson County in 1796 and settled upon
the place where he died in 1801; member of
Presbyterian Church over 20 years; left aged widow and
several children W.W. R. 8-31-1855.
