Mathew Meacham appointed administrator of estate of
Henry A. Huguly who owned a tract of land approximately
300 acres. Court ordered that 1/3 go to widow Eliza
and Mathew to sell the remaining 2/3 to pay off debts
of the estate. Henry had not paid off the complete
purchase price to the grantor Andrew P. Ewing.

a certain tract or Parcel of Land containing five
hundred acres by survey bearing date the 15th day of
June 1852 lying in said county in civil district no. 3.
on the waters of the Garrison fork of Leiper's fork of
West Harpeth. Beginning at a hickory with two black
oak pointers in the south boundary of the Davis tract,
thence west one hundred & three poles to a black gum
with two ironwood pointers, thence south two hundred
sixty six and two third poles to a spanish oak with two
elm pointers, thence North two hundred sixty six and
two third poles toa large black oak and sugar tree and
hornbeam pointers, thence west on hundred and ninety
